Alexa H. O’Keefe is a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department and a member of the Product Liability and Toxic Tort Litigation and Government Investigations and White Collar Defense practice groups, as well as a member of the firm's Hiring Committee. Alexa’s practice focuses on representing pharmaceutical and medical device companies. She also represents companies and individuals in various industries in civil litigation involving complex commercial disputes, business torts, and employment and labor matters. Alexa also represents corporations and individuals in a wide variety of white collar criminal and complex civil cases and investigations involving alleged securities fraud, health care fraud, environmental crimes, False Claims Act violations, and RICO and fraud claims.
Alexa is active in the firm’s pro bono efforts. She represents clients in criminal and civil matters, in both federal and state courts.
Prior to joining Nutter, Alexa was an intern with the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office in Boston.
