Adam B. Ghander focuses his corporate finance and securities practice on private equity, venture capital, and emerging companies representation; mergers and acquisitions; and securities regulations. He represents clients in a wide variety of industries, including banking and financial services, telecommunications, social networking, manufacturing and professional sports.
Adam previously served as in-house counsel for a publicly-traded manufacturing and technology company. Prior to his in-house experience, he spent many years as a corporate attorney at the Boston office of an international law firm.
Adam lectures frequently on corporate finance and teaches at the Boston University School of Management. During law school, Adam was editor-in-chief and a staff writer for the Uniform Commercial Code Reporter-Digest.
